I keep getting send verify before I can send out an email.


This is to avoid spam. You have to type in the letters you see.


I can understand it now and then, but it does it everytime now.

it is because more and more spam/scams/frauds/phishing is around,the more there is the more mail services have to restrict it as much as possible





it is there to stop the automated computer spammers that send 100s of emails every minute to random mail users, its just to verify you are a human





yes it gets tedious in the end and annoying but there is nothing you can do about it
