How would you respond to this email...?

This came from a straight neighbor we've known a long time. I know it is meant to be 'funny' but it just hasn't set well with me. Am I incorrect in thinking it may be a little passive aggressive? The reason I say passive aggressive is because it's so stupid and really pointless. Do you think my neighbor is giving us (gay couple) a diss or she is plain stupid?

LMAO....that's hilarious... Seriously what would the world be like if that was how Adam and Eve Met. Btw, I would tear eve up... damn. As far as your neighbor goes, blow it off, if you have a good relationship with her, she's just trying to humor you. Don't take it the wrong way.

Reply:To answer your question, I wouldn't respond to it. That said, I actually think it's funny even though it is clearly targeted toward heterosexuals. She is likely a little oblivious to other peoples feelings, but many people are. I think if she had it out for either gays or you particularly, you would already know it. Good luck.
